Apple Pie Mini Crumbles

A new addition to the BlakeyCakes confectionary arsenal are mini pies! First in line are mini apple pie crumbles. 

I easily made a Vegan and Non-Vegan version. The pie crust was made with a vegetable spread butter substitute and came out toasty, crunchy, and golden brown! The apple pie filling was of course made out of two kinds of fresh apples ( Granny Smith and Fuji) and seasoned with brown sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, and cloves, which infused with the apples natural juices to make an out of this world apple spiced syrup when baked. The top of the pies were sprinkled and baked with a brown sugar crumble. 

The pies were flipped to a Non-Vegan brand when a dollop of whipped cream and caramel drizzle were added on top. 

Straight out of the oven, the gooey, warm filling from the apple pie minis were absolute heaven!! The added caramel sauce and whipped cream just added another layer of godliness to the whole experience.
