Cake Pops!!

         Introducing my BlakeyCakes Cake Pops!! I've had experience making cake truffles before and since I received a request for some holiday cake pops, it was a great opportunity to try them out! Honestly, all that's different is jamming a lollipop stick in and dip dip away. These were really fun to make, and I love how the snowmen came out. I even decided to make snowlady to compliment him! Snowladies are rare, and the snowmen needed the company.

        These cake pops happen to be chocolate cake dipped in white candy melts or chocolate ( some are infused with cherry bits and some with a hint of cinnamon and a dusting of cayenne pepper). Just take a look at these below! I can't wait to make other themes or just the basics. Also, I'm pretty confident I can ship these out in the mail with no problem. My info is below! Winter Wonderland Cupcake Topiary

       Make your centerpiece this holiday season a winter wonderland one! This original BlakeyCakes topiary is adorned with about 50 servings of cupcake minis with rosette designs including moist cakeballs lining the outer bottom pot's edge of the topiary. Cupcakes can be any flavor of choice. The bottom portion of the topiary is also filled with snow peaks made from meringue and decorated with an array of fondant wintertime characters. The top portion is lined with sparkly snowflakes on the lower part of the sphere and the rest is covered in cupcake minis with decorations filled all about! Lastly every inch of this topiary is laden with edible glitter to make that winter wonderland come to life! Every decoration is edible!!

Holiday Eggnog Cupcakes!!

How about a warm cup of eggnog cake to keep you cozy for the holidays?! My eggnog cupcakes come filled with eggnog flavored custard and snowy hills of lightly toasted egg meringue cream sprinkled with nutmeg! Of course, these cupcakes are laced with a warming bite of rum too!

Chocolate Bread Pudding Cupcakes

Chocolate Gooey Bread Pudding Cupcakes for the holidays! These are whipped with a dollop of whipped cream and an almond adorned on top. The sweet bread is soaked in a cream-amaretto liqueur mixture. Altogether, the pudding goodness is mixed with an array of optional nuts, cranberries, golden raisins, and dark chocolate chunks!! Vanilla version available too!

Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Brittle

Fresh, organic pumpkin spice chocolate marble cake makes up this pumpkin lovers dream! Either a marshmallow fluff frosting or a light homemade whipped cream dollop can be housed on the top. To take things to the next level, I have made a pumpkin seed spice brittle caramelized for your pleasure. Finally, a gooey brownie cube is tucked underneath. Another proud BlakeyCakes creation!!
