Then, I make a ring of peanut butter frosting around the edge of the cupcake followed by a bombshell of glistening dark chocolate ganche!!! The finishing touch entails a downpour of chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, peanuts halves, and a chocolate covered peanut! After all, what's life without peanut butter and chocolate!?
A soft, moist chocolate cupcake made with Bailey's Irish Cream and a dark, coffee infusion chocolate bar. The toppings include a creamy chocolate buttercream frosting that has also been spiked with Irish cream with a swirl of whipped cream on top of that and decked out with a lucky shamrock clover marshmallow!!!!
